I bought two wedding dress return boxes for £325 and received seven brand new wedding dresses worth £14,000
A SHOPPER revealed how she bagged seven new wedding dresses at just £46 each.
YouTuber HopeScope revealed how she nabbed seven designer dresses worth £14,500 for just £325 by buying from an auction site.
She got the boxes from liqidation.com, an auction site where Hope made bids for mystery boxes.
The boxes contain dress samples from stores and she explained, “The dress she says yes to isn’t usually the one she walks down the aisle in.
“She’s getting kitted out for a brand new one from the creator.
“So what happens to all those dresses when the store is done with them?
“We can buy them very cheaply.”
Hope had unpacked aanother mystery box from the same site earlier this year, but says this transport was even better.
She added, “We didn’t get $50,000 like last time, but honestly, I like almost all of these dresses more than any of them.”
The two boxes cost £176 and £147 individually, meaning each dress costs Hope around £46 each.
The auction site said each dress was in “brand new” condition, and Hope wasn’t disappointed with that claim.
Most of the dresses still had tags on them and Hope noted they were in “killer” condition.
The first dress was a lace, fitted and cut-out dress from Bella Sposa Brides, which retailed for £1,324.
She was impressed saying she “loved the dress” and how “timeless” it was.
Next up was a £1,288 branded Allure Bridal dress, in a mermaid style with a silk top and ruffled organza bottom.
Hope then tried on a mystery dress with no price tag or designer name, but estimated it was worth £1,472.
She added: “It’s so pretty though, I love the top of this one.”
The first box also contained three veils to accompany the three dresses.
The second box Hope bought contained four dresses, and Hope was the most excited for the last one in the box which she said was the most impressive of them all.
Right away, Hope commented on how heavy and luxurious the dress was.
Although no designer was named, it wore a label which Hope said was priced at £6,200.
The A-line style dress featured intricate beading throughout and a diamond waistband.
She totaled a cost of around £10-14,500 depending on the last dress being £6,200.
Viewers of the video were also impressed with Hope’s loot, with one writing, “They’re so gorgeous! Love seeing all the goodies you score in these auctions.”
“I absolutely loved the first dress you tried on. It hugged your figure perfectly.” Another user commented.
